Made popular in the Mid-West of the USA in the 1920s, it's long overdue for this delicious treat to be available in Vancouver.  Frozen custard is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the freezer for several months without losing its distinct velvety texture. It’s churned slowly to keep the fluffy air out and flavour in.
