Order your pints for pick up by Thursday and pick up Friday, Saturday or Sunday between 5 pm and 10 pm

What is frozen custard?

Frozen custard is known for its rich, velvety, smooth texture. Made popular in the Mid-West of the USA in the 1920s, it's long overdue for this delicious treat to be available in Vancouver. Frozen Custard is best served fresh but can last months in the freezer. It is manufactured in a special machine that allows less air to be incorporated during the freezing process,making it a different experience than traditional ice cream, soft serve or gelato.

What ingredients do you use in your frozen custard?

Frozen custard is made of four simple ingredients: Cream, milk, sugar and egg yolks. Delicious high-quality like pure vanilla and cocoa paste to make unique, delicious products.

Can I get other flavours?

We're doing small, pre-ordered pints in the flavours listed above. This is to use up all of our high-quality flavours and pastes from our summer pop-up. If you have a flavour you'd like us to make available in pints, send us your suggestions.
